The Task: To grow brand recognition and increase online sales.
The Challenge: The message on the website along with all social platforms lacked cohesiveness and clarity. In addition, needed to validate the need for service to real estate agents amidst the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Results: Updated bio on social platforms to better explain the brand’s who, what, and why. Headed creative direction of higher quality content for social media that better represented the Zentap brand. Being that Zentap offers a service to help better real estate agents’ marketing, it only made sense to showcase a better representation of their products. Created a cohesive landing page to run ads to that resulted in increased conversions on the website. Built out an educational blog & host monthly webinars to provide relative information about real estate marketing to further help validate Zentap’s expertise in real estate marketing.

Provide added value
Brand Development
The Task: To humanize the brand and provide more value to Zentap clients that would help them with their real estate marketing success.
The Challenge: Establish a way to drive more value and break down the wall to bring humanization to the brand.
The Results: Started a series of educational webinars discussing topics and providing solutions to what clients have expressed they need help with. Providing added value via easily digestible marketing tips via Instagram reels and monthly content calendar suggestions to help clients spur ideas for organic posts they should create beyond the auto posting Zentap does for them.
